Zener Diode Test Circuit
linear integrated circuits problem?
design a zener diode tester ckt to test sz5.1?
You need to tell us the specs on the zener before a simple tester can be designed.
If you want a tester to test all zeners for all parameters, that is a large project, not suitable for this forum, as it would take months to design.
on the other hand if you just want to measure Vf of one zener, that just takes a supply, a resistor, and a voltmeter.
