Tunable Filter

Tunable Low pass filter?
I have to built a tunable low pass filter with ranging frequencies of 3Mhz to 30MHz. It should be digitally tune. I have to use capacitors and inductors for this circuit. Could you please tell me with how to progress in it. Thanks in advance
