Can I just use a regular guitar patch cable to hook up my guitar amp head to my cab?
I have a Peavey Windsor 100W tube head and a Peavey cab 4x12. Can I just use a regular patch cable?

Use an actual shielded speaker cable.
You can seriously damage your amp by using a guitar lead, as they are not designed to carry that load.
