Out of Pennsylvania good PSSA test scores?

My son has an IEP for autism. I just got his PSSA scores where Reading is 1296 out of 1359 target area recomended is Interpretation & anslysis of fiction & nonfiction text. Math 1516 out of 1575 target area recomended is measurement & algebraic conception. Can I request additional help in these areas even considering his scores?
So, I shouldn't expect the "ask and you shall receive" treatment?

absolutely
you can request additional help anytime, even with scores like this
but you may not get the extra help for him, and if that happens, you can always find a program for a small cost to enroll him in either after school or evenings

An Introduction to Mixed-Signal IC Test and Measurement, Second Edition

$74.5

With the proliferation of complex semiconductor devices containing digital, analog, mixed-signal, and radio-frequency circuits, today’s engineer must be fluent in all four circuit types. Written for advanced undergraduate and graduate-level students, as well as engineering professionals, An Introduction to Mixed-Signal IC Test and Measurement, Second Edition, encompasses analog, mixed-signal, and radio-frequency circuits tests with many relevant industrial examples. The text assumes a solid background in analog and digital circuits and a working knowledge of computers and computer programming.An Introduction to Mixed-Signal IC Test and Measurement, Second Edition, includes examples and illustrations—featuring state-of-the-art industrial technology—to enrich and enliven the text. The book also introduces large-scale mixed-signal circuit and individual circuit tests, discusses the value-added benefi ts of mixed-signal IC testing to a manufacturer’s product, and clearly defi nes the role of the test engineer.

Target and Impingement Plate: HTC measurement using TLC

How do I compute the value of the appropriate test statistic?

A lab technician is tested for her consistency by taking multiple measurements of cholesterol levels from the same blood sample. The target accuracy is a variance in measurements of 1.2 or less. If the lab technician takes 16 measurements and the variance of the measurements in the sample is 2.2, does this provide enough evidence to reject the claim that the lab technician’s accuracy is within the target accuracy?

You need to do an Equal Variance Chi- Squared test which will consist of stating a bold hypothesis (Ho) and attempting to substitute it with a different hypothesis (H1)
Ho: Variances are equal
H1: Variances are not equal

If the calculated test statistic is greater than the table test statistic you reject your initial (Ho) hypothesis and accept the alternate H1.

Your certainty of the alternate hypothesis (H1) is determined by the value you use for alpha in the table test statistic.
1 - alpha = certainty; so 1 - .05 = 95% certainty. 0.05 is a good alpha value in most situations.

if Xo>X1 reject Ho
Xo is calculated
X1 is the table

Xo = (n-1)*s^2 / v^2

n = 16
s^2 = experiment variance
v^2 = target variance

X1 = table The values you use will vary depending on your H1.
H1 has three possibilities. Variances are:
not equal
greater than
less than

I don't have strong understanding of Chi-Squared dist. but it will likely involve alpha and degrees of freedom (df)
Alpha is chosen by you. (i suggest 0.05)
df is n-1 = 15
