If someone could tell me the wavelength, as well as frequency for an infrared pulse laser to create plasma in a contained nitrogen oxygen mix that would be great. I'm also not sure about the percentage's i need for the nitrogen oxygen mix, so if someone could tell me that too, it would be great. Just a guess. Look up some compounds made up with nitrogen and oxygen, some may have ionic bonds. Look up the energy of the electrons that are required for such ions, that energy is somewhat related to the frequency of the laser (the inverse times some constant, you probably know it better). As for the proportion in the oxygen nitrogen mix I guess sit should be mostly made up of the atoms less likely to for a new molecule with itself, but these are just guesses.
