what happen if we give 220 volts dc supply to d bulb r tube light?
Normal incandescent lamp is based on heating of its element. So, ac or dc, there will not be any difference.
Now coming to tube light. This is a discharge tube. That means that it needs high voltage to start the discharge and then the current will shoot up. To limit the current choke, which is an inductor is provided. As you know, the inductor poses impedence = 2pi*frequency*L, this will limit the current. For start of discharge, first the current flows from choke to the heating element - starter - neutral path. When the starter is heated, its bimetallic strip suddenly chops the current. As a result high voltage is produced which starts discharge through the tube light and then the choke limits the current. However, since in dc there is no frequency, hence the choke offers nearly zero impedence to the current. Heavy current will flow before start and, if the things do not trip, even heavier current will flow through the tube light which may lead to tripping / burning eventually.

What is the stone like substance in the hot water line causing milky water?
A stone like substance was found lodged in the hot water supply tube to the sink faucet. It was causing milky water. Could this be a chunk of scale build-up from the hot water heater?
Installed new water heater. Removed valve to flush line (no deposit buildup in copper line). Maybe anode is causing the milky look- like bubbly carbonated water. Gets clear in cup after awile.
Unfortunately, I'm afraid Stephen has hit the nail right on the head. If you have to ask what the small chunks of milky looking gunk in the hot water side of the faucets are, it would be fruitless to try to tell you how to repair the problem, other than to reiterate, replace the water heater and install a water treatment system along with it. Some company will probably give you a really good deal if you do both at the same time. And when the water heater is being replaced, if you intend on keeping it clean, as even with a water treatment system, eventually there will be some buildup, have the plumber, installer, whoever that is, install a short 3/4" galvanized pipe nipple where the original drain spigot is, then a 3/4" ball valve on the end of that, with a garden hose brass adapter fitting on the end. That way you can drain it every six months or so, and anything the size of your thumb will come out and be flushed away. The only thing the original drain spigot will allow out is water.
