Series Precision
Can anybody with experience recommend specs for a PC suited to3D graphics design?
The computer I own now simply doesn't cut it when it comes to rendering and archiving many 3D designs. Can anybody recommend me a good computer that is suited to this type of work? I use many applications like Maya, ZBrush, SoftImage ZSI etc to give you an idea for what I need. I hear that the Dell Precision series is good when it comes to 3D design but I'm not sure, I've never really trusted Dell.

You should go for a system with good processor speed and lot of RAM. Chosing a brand may not help you much. Whether it is assembled or branded, you should go for Intel Core 2 duo or Core 2 QUAD with atleast 4 GB of RAM. Get the best possible cache memory configuration too. You should keep in mind that 3D graphics applications such as Maya/ZBrush/XSI etc. need 'lot' of RAM and processor time during design time and rendering time.

Help with building lean muscle? Precision Engineered Whey Protein?
I'm a 19 year old male, just getting back into working out. I'm about 6 ft. tall, ~150 lbs. so I'm interested in building as much lean muscle as possible while maintaining low bodyfat. I was taking the Precision Engineered Whey Protein shakes once directly after working out and once on some off days. Working out 3-4 days a week. However, my cousin told me it is best to take protein once in the morning, once at night, and once directly after working out. Also I just ran out of the basic Precision Engineered which had about 2g of fat per serving (1 scoop) so I've now bought the Platinum Series Ultra Premium Version. Lol. This calls for 2 scoops per serving with about 5g of fat. So my questions are....
-Why the difference in serving size for 2 products that seem almost identical?
-Is this increase in fat intake going to make a difference? Or possibly help?
-How often should I really drink this stuff? Once a day after a workout or more often, as my cousin suggested?
To be completely honest the best way for you to build lean muscle isn't with supplements. You can do it easier and far cheaper the natural way. I went the supplement route a while ago, but I currently go on a low fat diet that consists of almost no red meat (which is high in fats). If you stick to plenty of chicken and fish that should help greatly. Both of these choices are very low in fat (almost 98-99% fat free), and very high in protein (between 25 and 50 grams per serving depending on size). If your routine consists of plenty of exercise and cardio you should start seeing results in as little as 2 weeks.
