There's also a block heater, meaning you can plug the engine into an outlet to keep the block warm.
I also still have the original Z28 wheels, with about 60-70% tread left on goodyear eagle gt tires. Would think about selling it for less w/ the stock wheels on instead.
Yes that's a good deal for all the extra Mods that has been done to it.

This sounds to me like a laptop, not a desktop. Have you posted this to the wrong section of the forum?
That T9600 is a great laptop CPU, but it wouldn't stand up to AUTOCAD! So no, the answer is, not a great graphics CPU. And that 9600 GS HD also sounds like integrated graphics and that means crappy graphics for CAD work. I advise against this computer if you are serious about CAD work.
PS - If you want a really good laptop, try the HP HDX series of laptops, but get the Intel Q processor, not this T processor.
However, this computer would be just fine for programming in just about any high level language including C++ or Visual Basic, Delphi, or any of the scripting languages like pHp, perl, python, ruby, etc.
In my opinion, Microsoft Works is rubbish compared to Microsoft Office and in fact, I would rather use the FREE OpenOffice software available from
http://www.openoffice.org
Open Office is a free complete business suite, you should try it out and see what you think.
The 4 gigs of RAM is insufficient as far as I am concerned for Vista to really take advantage of the power of the software 64 bit edition.
What you should have is an E or a Q processor and maybe an ATI 4850/4870 card or a GTX 260 or above nVidia card.
Don't waste money on CAD Graphics cards, they can cost a lot of money and are only good for CAD. A medium priced gaming card should render graphics sufficiently to provide a good refresh rate in CAD design provided you have MORE RAM MEMORY.
PS - If you want a really good HP laptop, buy an HP HDX laptop and get the Intel Q processor, a lot better than this T processor.
