Could a slight change in your eye glasses prescription enough to damage your eye?
Eyeglasses prescription:
OD: -2.25
OS: -2.00
Now my question is if I received a glasses that have -2.25 sphere in both left and right, will this damage my eye?

No prescription is going to " damage " your eye.
If the prescription isn't right, it won't be comfortable to see through, that's all.
Blurriness , headaches, are about as bad as it gets, no permanent harm.

Ordering from Zenni Optical ?
I'm confused about what to enter in the prescription area.
This is what my doctor prescribed:
OD (Right): Sph: -210 Cyl: -100 Axs: 02
OS (Left): Sph: -275 Cyl: -50 Axs: 180
But on Zenni, it doesn't go that high on Sphere and Cylinder. What do I enter ?
I've never ordered from zenni, but I heard if it's over an X amount you're gonna have to select an option to pay more and then you're allowed to put in your prescription. Or so I think.
Oh, have you heard of the recent issues with zenni? I'm just giving you a heads up before you purchase. I stay updated with the glassyeyes blog and it seems that they have been lots of troubles with delays and delivery of glasses. From what I see, your glasses may arrive from 2 weeks to 3 months! I think that's just blasphemous, even for the low prices you should have to wait that long.
If you want a different store with faster delivery time and around the same pricing I would highly recommend http://www.optical4less.com I order from O4L and I can say that glasses come fast. Mine came in 10 business days. Anywho, good luck with purchasing your eyeglasses!
