Target Optical Lens Warranty?

I bought a pair of glasses from Target Optical in October, and they're extremely scratched to the point where I can't see properly anymore. I didn't buy a warranty or anything, but do lens at Target come with a year warranty or anything? If not how much will they charge to replace the lens.
