Accompanying Husband to his MOS training?
My husband will be re-enlisting into legal secretary in the marine corp next year. We are currently in North Carolina. The school will be at Naval Justice Trainging Newport, RI . I was wanting to find out will they let me go there with him during the time he completes his training to be a parallegal?
you as a civilian can go anywhere you want. the military will only pay for it if the school is longer than six months long.
If it is NOT, then you will not be eligible to live in base housing( in fact he may not allowed to live anywhere but the barracks) and when it comes time to go to the next duty station they will only move your stuff from where you are currently.

Are Spammers "Non-Profit" organizations?

Spammer "Soloway pleaded not guilty Wednesday afternoon to all charges after a judge determined that — even with four bank accounts seized by the government — he was sufficiently well off to pay for his own lawyer.
He has been living in a ritzy apartment and drives an expensive Mercedes convertible, said prosecutor Kathryn Warma. Prosecutors are seeking to have him forfeit $773,000 they say he made from his business, Newport Internet Marketing Corp."
Why is it legal to pay a spammer a commission to spam a product but it is illegal to spam the product?
I think they are both illegal but the case against the actual spammer is easier and more productive. The justice department has gone after the companies also but they often seem to just fade away. This guy was apparently a major spammer, sending billions of e-mails.
