Mirror Laser
A right hand circularly polartized laser reflects off of a mirror, how is the reflection polarized?
It reflects off of the outside surface of the mirror which has a silver coating.
In fact, what happens to the circularly polarized light upon reflection depends on the reflective surface. Which is why using relfected circularly polarized light is often used in analytical instruments used in forensics. But fortunately for you, in the case of a surface mirror reflection (no wave plates), it just changes the handedness of the polarization, or in this case, it becomes left hand.

Yes it can. If you have two mirrors exactly facing each other, an infinite amount of reflections are made back and forth. You should try it.
