I'm not sure what "short, long sightness and astic" means, but if you are farsighted or nearsighted, there is no "cure" because these are not diseases. It simply means that your eye is shaped or sized differently than those who do not need correction. There is no natural way to change the size and shape of your eye, so no, there is no way to naturally change your eyesight. Your eyesight will continue to change as you grow and should stabilize in your twenties. If you are playing sports, I suggest some safety glasses designed for that purpose or contact lenses. Contacts are also a good option for anytime you don't want to wear your glasses. Just talk to your optometrist about it. There is no reason why you cannot enjoy life simply because you need vision correction.

Should I get contact lens?
my eye doctor did not talk to me if contact lens are good or not. should i get contact lens even if i fear putting in eyes and removing and do not know the process. can you tell me what to do? and is it possible to go straight from glasses to laser eye surgery instead? it is a lot of money and how to pay for it? no jokes and thank you
Contacts are not a big deal. I would not be scared of them. If you have an easy prescription, like near of far sightedness, they will be fairly inexpensive. If you have astigmatism, the price has come down a lot in recent years, but they will be more expensive and more of nuisance (they need to sit a certain way in your eye, so if you lie on your side, they will rotate the wrong way and blur your vision).
In the long run, laser surgery is probably a better alternative. Laser surgery is expensive, but less expensive than contacts over the long run. Laser surgery has the advantage that you don't have to deal with contacts and you can see when you wake up or when you go swimming (this is really cool for a glasses/contact wearer). There are risks with surgery, if something goes wrong you can have bad consequences. But if you find a good doctor (and make sure you check the credentials!) the risk is low. In fact, there are studies that show the risk of wearing contacts for a decade or two is greater than the risks of the surgery! You can definitely go straight from glasses to contacts (if you are old enough, which depends on your eyes, but if you are in your 20's your probably good).
If I were you, I would probably go straight for the surgery. There are some drawbacks, like dry eyes and poor night vision associated with surgery. And you will probably have these issues. When I got my surgery, I was a bit annoyed by these, but in time they reduce, and it was not long before I realized they were better than the problems I was having with contacts. But if you never try contacts, you will not realize how much better the laser is than the contacts, and you may be upset with the results of the laser. Let me say loud and clear, the best vision and lowest eye problems you will ever have, you will get with glasses. You don't get contacts to get better vision or fewer eye issues (eye strain, etc). The good thing about contacts is that you can always go back to glasses if you want to. With the surgery, if you don't like the results, you can't ever go back. So if that is a concern, go with contacts. Having done all three, I'm glad I did the surgery. I deal with dry eyes and sometimes I have poor night vision. But I think in general, my eyes feel better, my night vision is no worse, and my general vision is about the same as it was with contacts. And I have the benefit of never needing to worry about contacts falling out or putting glasses on or stuff like that.
If you are interested in surgery, make sure you find the right doctor. Make sure you find a doctor who is willing to sit down with you and discuss all the risks. And make sure your doctor is not pressuring you into making a decision. There are some major risks and you need to understand them fully. Surgery is not right for everyone, and should not be taken lightly.
Also, if you decide to get surgery, make sure to ask about PRK as a LASIK alternative. PRK usually takes longer to heal and is more painful. But PRK has fewer risk and generally better results. And with PRK, there is no risk of your eye flap coming loose in the future. With LASIK, the eye flap can come loose years in the future. Your doctor should be able to explain all the differences.
