I don't think it is a laser pointer you are looking for. More than that, there are definite safety issues with such a thing. If you point it at someones eyes they could/will get a spot burnt off the retina permanently. Wherever they look there is a black spot (or more than one). The someone is most likely you. Reflections off shiny objects can be such that they are focussed to a fine point with even higher energy density than you are using.

You can use filters on the eyes that are expensive because they must have no holes in them and be rated to have ebough absorption. This is not straight forward, like getting a strip of coloured glass. The tricks you suggest are harmless enough, but there are a lot of harmful things that can be done too, and the temptation to try some of them may be great.

Laser pointers and what you can see from supermarket scanners are class 2, limited to one mW which is relying on the blink response to protect the eye. Some pointers are class 3, under 5 mW. They can damage if focussed (they are normally divergent beams) or the blink response is prevented somehow.

It is almost certain that lasers such as you want are regulated in your country. It seems that these sort of tricks require several hundred milliwatts, which is without doubt hazardous. I looked at a few of the videos and they showed poor understanding of the risks, in fact quite silly in some cases. Nevertheless what they are doing shows that the risk to the eyes is extreme, considering it only takes 10 degrees heating to cause damage, and here we have hundreds of degrees in seconds.
