High Gain
I have a Frontman 25 Fender Amp. How do know if it's a high gain or vintage style amp?
I putting in new pickups on a strat and the pickup wizard on dimarzio's website is asking me which amp style I have.
What DiMarzio is really asking you is how you plan to use the pickup. Some pickups are designed to really come alive with higher gain settings, the "Chopper" (DP184) being a perfect example. In your case, if you tend to use the "Drive" channel mostly for your style of music, then I would select high gain on the DiMarzio site; on the other hand, if you are looking for a tone that is either clean or slightly overdriven, choose the vintage style. Taking it one step further, if you do use the clean channel on your amplifier but add a distortion or heavy overdrive pedal, you are back to the high gain selection box again!. If it all becomes a bit too confusing, the tech folks at DiMarzio are very helpful (from personal experience), either by e-mail or telephone. Keep in mind that they give you 45 days to exchange the pickups if they do not work out for you. Best regards, Dana

What is a good weight gain (high in calories) shake that I can buy?
Do you know a brand or store where I can buy weight gain shakes that are high in calories and/or protein? I will use the shake to gain weight, I'm not really looking for protein, but calories.
I know that you can get a drink called, "Boost" that comes in many different varieties like high protein, normal, and high calories. Try the one with a higher amount of calories in it. It gives you more calories and any other nutrients you might miss out on, with three different tastes. You can find it in any drug store, maybe even a grocery store, or any store that sells foods that are good for your health.
