1) Avogadro's constant is the number of atoms present in one mole of a substance and is equal to 6.02 x 10^23.
2) a) Manganese (Mn): 54.938049 grams
b) Cadmium (Cd): 112.411 grams
c) Arsenic (As): 74.92160 grams
d) Strontium (Sr): 87.62 grams
3) The molar mass of Ag is 107.8682 grams, which is also one mole of silver, which is also 6.02 x 10^23 atoms of silver.
4) As the amount of a particular element increases, the mass of the element increases respectively.
5) 1.0 grams Fe x 1 mole Fe / 55.8457 g = 0.017906 moles
2.0 grams S x 1 mole S / 32.066 g = 0.062371 moles
Therefore sulfur has more atoms present.
6) 0.48 moles Pt x 195.078 g Pt / 1 mole Pt = 93.63744 grams Pt
7) 620 grams Hg x 1 mole Hg / 200.59 g Hg = 3.09088 moles Hg
11 grams Si x 1 mole Si / 28.0855 g Si = 0.39166 moles Si

Everything looks good. Just a few comments.
Possible charges on elements: Group 1A and 2A have only one possible charge because they are NOT transition metals. Transition metals are everything that belongs to group B and will have more then one possible charge (with the exception of the few that you mentioned like cadmium, Zinc, and Silver)
Noble gases are the elments that have a FULL VALENCE SHELL and in case of helium since we have only 1 orbital (i.e. s oribtal) it will still be considered a noble gas because it does not need any more electrons to be stabilized.
