Greenlee Tone
This is a poem I wrote when my Pony died.. It helped me get over it.... what do you think of it?
This was a poem I wrote when my darling pony Franky died...
GREENLEE ZODIAC
It will never leave my mind where you lay,
Just as though you were asleep in the hay.
White as a bone,
Cold as a stone,
Your eyes the wrong tone.
In my heart thats where you'll be,
Just like the leaves of a tall oak tree.
I will miss you forever and ever
Just like that wonderful weather,
Sun was out not a cloud in the sky,
That was the day before you died.
Um I have another version of it which I changed one word [eyes] to skin... This makes a better version for people...

Try replacing the, with the word in. If you want that is.
Very moving. When reading this poem I felt grieved. Never read a poem about a pony, especially a dying one. Its sweet to know that someone can have that kind of relationship with a horse. Very cute.
I thought your conclusion summary was superb.

It is beautiful. I think that it would make more sense if it was skin instead of eyes. That's just my opinion. It is beautiful, though.
