Cyber dragon deck...for a noob?
Iam trying to build a deck for a freind of mine he wants a cyber dragon deck ((NO cyberdark dragon)) He is low on money so please rate. Please suggest what u think one should change

NEEDS TO BE ADVANCED FORMAT
Well so far you have a good start. You might want to add these cards or ones similar to your deck.
Armored Cybern - Very good with Cyber Decks, Unions only with Cyber Dragon Type Monsters and once per down you can automactly destroy one monster
Cyber Kirin - So that Power Bonds Damage is negated if you dont defuse Cyber Dragon
Cyber Valley - 3 Good Effects that help this kinda of decks
Cyber Ouroboros - Good Effect
Add 1 more Cyber Dragon
And I would recommend highly you add at least 3-4-5 dragon cards that are lvl 4 or lower, Right now only your gadgets are the ones "sacrifiable" and thast not good since you may run out of monsters to summon. Since Cyber Laser and Cyber Barrier and those cant be summoned unless Cyber Dragon is on the field and you cant depend on Cyber Dragons effect every time.
Also i would really recommend adding CyberDarks since they are very good but if your friend doesnt want it, i guess its ok.
Now your spells are pretty good, but you may want pot of greed/ graciful chairty to get some extra cards and maybe Hammer Shot to take out a enemy fast
but you need more traps if you want to succed. Try these:
Cybernetic Hidden Technology - Destroy a opponenet monster if they target one of your Cyber Dragons
Draining Shield - To get some extra life points
Magic/Trap Jammer - Obviouse Reasons
Finally, you obviously forgot the whole reason for a Cyber Deck FUSIONS!!! I'm not sure if you just forgot to list or what. But anyhow, some you want:
Cyber Dragon
Cyber Twin Dragon
Chimeratech Overdragon - Those like Cyber Barrier and Cyber Laser as well as Cyber Valley and Cyber Ouroboros count when fusing
Tell me how your deck works out and if your friend liked it. Also i listed a lot of cards so you may need to take some out from the ones you have now. Some you might want to:
Shrink - I see no point - Sure it halves Atk for 1 turn but whats the long term point?
Trade Premature Burial for Monster Reborn, same effect but no life point loss
