I would think that a full-wave (or full-wave bridge) rectifier arrangement with a resistive divider would serve the function that you need.

How do I calculate the track diemension for SMT parallel diodes for a rectifier circuit?
The starting width is 2.96mm and then it splits into two (like a v shape on the side) for the parallel diodes and the parallel tracks impedance = 100ohm (to equal a total rectifier circuit of 50ohms). Do i just half the starting width?
When its a schematic, you can make adjustments.
Otherwise, you are on your own.
