My Question is what is the structure of Light Emitting Diodes, all the parts. And How do LEDs work on a sub-stomic level e.g bohr model, photons etc

I can't find your email id. Where is it ? You can make a phase failure relay by following method. Take three small transformers.connected to three phases, rectify and filter their outputs, then "and" them together and then invert. this signal is "high" when any one line is low.
