Diode Logic
we can make logic gate ICs using diodes. then what is the need for comlex circuits like TTL and CMOS?
In Diode logic, voltage levels and switching speeds become degraded in cascaded AND-OR functions.

TTL and CMOS can be cascaded indefinitely, and still maintain prescribed voltage ranges for 0 and 1, and prescribed switching speeds, power dissipation and overall performance.

a small amount of currnt flows through a diode when reverse biased .what is the reason behind this?
actually in reverse biased currnt are said to flow because of minority charged carriers But with increse in temp the rev sat current increses due thermally generated carriers Arent thermally gen carriers consisting of majority charge carrier also .what is the logic behind this.
also depletion layer consist of layer of charges hence how can minority charged carriers gain enough energy to cross them

There is no logic behind it. Reverse leakage current in diodes (and transistors, and ICs) is a fact of life, how the parts operate.
It's like asking why a automobile has friction.
