Diode Led Lights
can we use LED (light emitting diode) for our lighting purpose?
It really depends on your application. LEDs are good for 'night lighting' - giving a soft glow down a hallway/passage way or set of stairs, or outside as a guiding light for a pathway. LEDs are also good in water features or for festive lighting.
And sorry F T but a 1 watt LED gives no where near the light output of a 100 watt standard globe. Therefore LEDs use far more than the 1/100th of energy of a standard globe.

what's the secret of the light emimmiting diode (LED) when it change colorr from red to green.?
A typical bi-colored led is actually 2 seperate led's in one lamp. A red one and a green one. When power is gradually shifted from the red one to the green one, the color apears to change from red to amber to green. Similarly there are Tri-colored led's that have red green and blue in them. They can make any color of light and are often used to make TV screens.
