Diode Junction Voltage

Please clear my doubt regarding diodes!!?
In forward biasing of junction diode there is more diffusion, there4 more electrons and hole recombination. As such there are more un-neutralized charges produced. So the width of the depletion layer should INCREASE. Then why it decreases??? And also if the depletion layer width INCREASES then we need to continuously change the voltage supplied to overcome the new potential.(will increase due to more charges bt should decrease due to more width!!!???) ????what’s the fact. please explain!!
Depletion layer is at, or very near the junction. The decrease is because more electrons are being forced in to cancel out the "holes" in this region. The only way that the depletion layer is going to increase is if the diode is reverse biased.

Transmission Lines and Schottky Diode $108.33 A nonlinear relation between current and voltage for schottky resonant tunneling diode is used. A general form of equation similar to VanDer Pol equation is obtained. A Resonant tunneling diode(RTD) has a negative differential resistance that means when the voltage increases the current decreases. This property is very useful for oscillators manufacture. Nonlinear transmission lines is considered to show that it canbe used in oscillators and to show that it can reshape the sinusoidal signals to othershapes by using OrCad and mathematica programming. Voltage Doubler $54.86 High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles A voltage doubler is an electric circuit with an AC input and a DC output of roughly twice the peak input voltage. They are a variety of voltage multiplier circuit and are often, but not always, a single stage of a general form of such circuits. The term is usually applied to circuits consisting of rectifying diodes and capacitors only, other means of doubling voltages are not included. The Villard circuit consists simply of a capacitor and a diode. While it has the great benefit of simplicity, its output has very poor ripple characteristics. Essentially, the circuit is a diode clamp circuit. Why no voltage drop Vce across transistor ?
If a transistor is basically two diodes and there is a voltage drop Vbe of ca. 0.7V across the base-emitter junction for a fully saturated transistor, then why is there no voltage drop of >= 0.7V across collector-emitter ? Doesn't the collector current have to go across the same base-emitter junction as well ?
In saturation, both base to emitter and base to collector junctions are forward biased. This means there will be a 0.7 v drop from base to emitter AND 0.7v drop from base to collector. Since the base-to-emitter and base-to-collector voltages are almost the same, the collector to emitter voltage is almost zero (if the junctions were physically matched, the saturation voltage would in theory be zero.)
