with the graph of reverse voltage

If the manufacturer, Knox, doesn't publish a graph of reverse voltage, then no other datasheet publishers will have it.

Calculating the thickness of a pn diode?
After much hunting for the appropriate data, and searching on the internet, I have finally hit a wall. Is there anyone who can give guidance on how to get the thickness of a pn diode? Given doping level (Nd), saturation current, series resistance, built-in potential, ideality factor (n), and the cross sectional area.
I have tried using the equation,
L = (Dt)^1/2, where L is the length, D is the diffusion constant and t is the recombination minority carrier lifetime. It is taken from a Semiconductor book. Am I correct to use it?
I am sure that manufacturers have rules of thumb about junction thickness, however I suspect it is probably proprietary information and that's why you can't find reference to it on the internet. Try a good solid state physics book. Search on amazon.com.
