Where could I get the best free turtorials for digital animation programs?

I am getting into some digital programs and would like to learn the best I can. Are there any self help resources to help me out, learning, with any digital animation, either it be still or film? (At the moment, main ones I would like to learn is Maya, Poser, 3D Studio Max, Lightwave 3D, and Cinema 4D)

Tablet PC's for digital artists?

What are those called? They look like little tablet pc's and people use them to draw digita pictures with and can be used with programs like LightWave 3D and 3DS Max. What are they called? Where can I get one?

Wacom has some good ones. You can get them off Amazon. Just search "Wacom tablet" or something similar on Amazon and their Intuos and Graphite models should show up. The Intuos ones are the better ones I believe.
