Capacitor Diode Circuit
Can i develop a ramp circuit(sawtooth waveform) using resistors and capacitors only instead of 555 timer?
Please give me out the circuit diagram of ramp circuit which consists of only resistors,capacitors ,diodes.Here am doing out a project where the output of step-up transformer is given to ramp circuit.when the saw tooth waveform attains the peak value,i will get the output for my project.plz help...thanks friends
Not really possible.
A RC series circuit when driven by a square wave will produce across the cap, a psuedo triangle waveform, but only over a limited frequency range and of low voltage.
What is the "the output of step-up transformer" ?
This will determine if this is possible. If it's a sine wave, no, not possible.

Where can I find someone to hire to build a simple electronic circuit?
I live in Bedford, Texas. I have a design for a simple electronic device that I need to hire someone to construct (it was my dad's invention; he was into electronics before he passed away-- transistors, capacitors, diodes, etc.). Where could I find someone to hire to build one?
Not meaning to be flippant, but you might get a better response if you can provide the schematic of this device for us to assess.
