Broad Laser
Any cosmetologists that work only on skin?
I am interested in doing skincare.. makeup, aesthetics, facials, laser, etc... but then apart of me also is interested in hair. It seems to make sense to get my cosmetology license since I can do a broad range of things.
However, most cosmetologists i know only do hair.
Is there a lot of cosmetologists that do skincare as well? Will I need extra training?
Take a full cosmetology class because it is very hard to make money in JUST skin care. But if you have hair to back you up- that's the way to go. Plus you will get bored just doing skin after a few years.

Laser Pointers visibility in broad daylight?
Hello, I was wondering how many nW would it take for a laser pointer to be easily seen about 1-2 meters pointing perpendicular to the ground in broad daylight. This is for an engineering project to increase the accuracy and precision of a tool my group is designing. Any information/ websites would be greatly appreciated.

But all i need it the "spot" of the laser to be easy visible outdoors on a day of broad daylight. Which laser pointers would be sufficient to accommodate these necessitates?

Doesn't really matter unless you plan on everyone in the area wearing laser safety goggles. You will be limited to less than 5 mw. You might try using a green laser pointer over a cheap red. They are a little easier to see.
If you want to see a continuous beam it will need to be more than 100mw, At this power level everyone will have to have protected goggles on just a reflections can cause permanent eye damage.

Well im sorry to say i couldn't tell you the minimum wattage. I have seen 1mw laser shoot across the room. Are you trying to save power? Any "laser pointer" on the market will go over 25m in the daytime and 100 at night. Depending on your budget i would use a laser designed for firearms. These lasers have mounting brackets that are correctly aligned.
