Number 1 and 2 are correct, but not 3. The answer to 3 is a codon, which is a set of three nucleotide bases that code for one amino acid. An enzyme substrate complex really has nothing to do with transcription/translation. It is the intermediate in a reaction when the substrate is bound to the enzyme.
