History of Rotational Moulding
Rotational molding, also known as rotomolding, is a molding process for creating many kinds of mostly hollow items, typically of plastic.
A heated mold causes the material within to melt and form a puddle at the bottom of the mold cavity. The mold is then slowly rotated (usually around two perpendicular axes) causing the melted material to flow and stick to the walls of the mold. In order to maintain even thickness throughout the part, the mold continues to rotate during the cooling phase. The process was applied to plastics in the 1940s but in the early years was little used because it was a slow process restricted to a small number of plastics. Over the past two decades, improvements in process control and developments with plastic powders have resulted in a significant increase in usage.
In 1855 R. Peters of Britain documented the first use of biaxial rotation and heat. This rotational molding process was used to create metal artillery shells and other hollow vessels. The main purpose of using rotational molding was to create consistency in wall thickness and density. In 1905 in the United States F.A. Voelke used this method for the hollowing of wax objects. This led to G.S. Baker's and G.W. Perks's process of making hollow chocolate eggs in 1910. Rotational molding developed further and R.J. Powell used this process for molding plaster of Paris in the 1920's. These early methods using different materials directed the advancements in the way rotational molding is used today with plastics.
Plastics were introduced to the rotational molding process in the early 1950s. One of the first applications was to manufacture doll heads. The machinery was made of an E Blue box-oven machine, inspired by a General Motors rear axle, powered by an external electric motor and heated by floor-mounted gas burners. The mold was made out of electroformed nickel-copper, and the plastic was a liquid PVC plastisol. The cooling method consisted of placing the mold into cold water. This process of rotational molding led to the creation of other plastic toys. As demand and popularity of this process increased, it was used to create other products such as road cones, marine buoys, and car armrests. This popularity led to the development of larger machinery. A new system of heating was also created, going from the original direct gas jets to the current indirect high velocity air system. In Europe during the 1960s the Engel process was developed. This allowed the creation of large hollow containers to be created in low-density polyethylene. The cooling method consisted of turning off the burners and allowing the plastic to harden while still rocking in the mold.

Mouse of both kits are almost identical, and are also the same reference (Wireless Mouse 5000). Wearing both a black dress, they differ in their secondary colors below, side buttons and Microsoft logo where white logo on mouse WD 3000 and Microsoft BlueTrack on the WCD 5000 .The USB receiver can be clipped under the mouse. A small switch ensures the extinction of the mouse when the receiver is clipped.
Perfectly balanced and sufficiently large this mouse provides a correct grip, but no more and will suit either hand. Both sides and back of the mouse are made of a rubber grip voiding slippage, but not very pleasant to the touch, instead of plastic soft that equip the mouse up range of Microsoft and Logitech. It is surprisingly heavy cons (148g or 1g more than the big Logitech MX Revolution), but those who are embarrassed by this weight may count slightly lower (125g) by removing one of two batteries, the mouse works perfectly so.
In addition to the left and right buttons and the Tilt Wheel, the mouse has two side buttons for next and previous function of the browser. They are located on both sides of the mouse, which makes manipulation of one of the two little easier because it is not very usual to have to use the ring to activate a button.On the underside there is the access door to the battery sensor and location with the receiver.

Since kits boarded the same mouse it is logical that the difference face on keyboards. And what a difference! At first glance, the keyboard WD 3000 gives the impression of being simple , while the WCD 5000 has the air of a great brand of keyboard.
As for the mouse the low end printing that clears the WD 3000 has a wide white liseret around the keyboard (actually the whole lower part is white). The quality of finish is worthy of a Microsoft keyboard and typing comfort is the rendezvous. The wrist rest is plastic soft rather pleasant, typing is accurate, without loss of characters along the way, pressing the keys is neither too harsh nor too soft , however a noise level quite high, but still given the correct price positioning.
The WCD 5000 is clearly a step above. The impact is quieter the wrist rest is wider which helps limit sweating and block the alpha-numeric is slightly bent position for a more comfortable typing. As its ancestor the WLD 7000, WCD 5000 has two removable feet that can be attached to either the rear of the keyboard or front to reverse its slope which allows a more comfortable wrist. If this reverse slope may seem surprising I confirm to use it proves to be very comfortable so much .

Many companies make lower end laser printers, even all-in-one units that can scan, print, copy and some even are fax machines as well. Models from HP, Lexmark, Samsung and Brother come to mind with some around the $150 mark starting (around here). There are even color lasers available in some areas for under $300 so nice color printing for low initial investment.
Ink or rather toner is a thing you have to look at as it does cost so look at the price of the replacement toner cartridges and the number of pages they do with 5% coverage. Make sure you compare on the same coverage specs as otherwise unfair numbers. Toners usually last like 3000 pages for 5% coverage for black and a lot less for color but that depends on dpi print levels etc. So investigate carefully and ask questions and definitely read the mfr specs before buying. Look at the mfr web sites and get info as well. Don't just rust any sales pitch for one over the other. Pick one with features you want and like and the pricing you like and the toner replacement costs you prefer or can live with.
If printing a lot look at the duty cycle (# of pages per month) as this will let you know if it can handle your demands for printing. If this is a concern add up the reams (500 sheet package) you go through in a month in your printer and add another one minimum to cover and that should be the level you look at buying.
